The southwest corner of Utah is one of the most diverse areas in the country.  Visitors can experience climates and landscapes ranging from barren deserts to green grasslands to majestic mountain peaks all within a 3 hour scenic drive.  This area is part of a loop tour that is locally known as “The Grand Circle”

“The Grand Circle” consists of 3 National Parks located within a 3 hour drive time from each other. These parks are Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park and the Grand Canyon National Park.

 

St. George, Utah is uniquely situated in the heart of “The Grand Circle” Located just of I-15. St. George is a famous destination in and of itself. Boasting over 12 golf courses, St. George is a golfer’s paradise with year round golf due to the extremely mild winters. Travelers always feel welcome as St. George knows how to cater to the travel weary. Lodging is abundant and shopping plentiful in this oasis in the desert.

There are plenty of interesting things to do and see in the St. George/Zion National Park area such as: Grafton Ghost Town, The Dinosaur Tracks at Johnson Farm, Silver Reef, Red Cliff Desert Reserve, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Frontier Movie Town, Moqui Cave, and Pipe Springs National Monument.
